چکیده
Introduction Mid-season lodging in maize ( Zea mays L.) often restricts grain yield potential and is a great hurdle improving production efficiency. The aim of this research was to study the effects on photosynthesis, evapotranspiration, dry matter accumulation, distribution population. Methods We examined Zhengzhou Agro-meteorological station August 2016, following strong wind process. Based observational data crops, meteorology, CO 2 /H O flux from milk maturity normal growth year (2017), model population photosynthesis evapotranspiration under conditions constructed. validated used simulate theoretical value years (2016), then measured after calculated based maize, difference between simulated (2016) compared analyzed. correlation accumulation photosynthetic order estimate reduction lodging. effect distribution, analyzed using field biomass data. could accurately characteristics summer maize. Results absolute error values 2017 −0.43 mg m −2 s −1 , relative −3.3%; −0.005 mm·30 min −10.7%. In significantly lower than value, daily average rate decreased by 13.99 or 53%. Under same condition, 1.03 mm d 28%. process altered weight stem sheath increased 5.5% ear 10.9% lodging, without but there no significant leaf weight. After proportion 3.0%, while 3.0%. 100-grain plant 2.8 10.8%, respectively. According density theory computation yield, entire reduced 5.0%.

dry matter accumulation and partitioning as affected by thinning in a non-prolific maize hybrid
the objective of the present field experiment was to examine how plant density and enhanced source, i.e. thinning treatments, may affect grain yield and its components for a non-prolific maize hybrid, sc704. the environment of the hybrid maize crop was changed at intervals over its life cycle by removing every other plant in rows equispaced at 75 cm apart with a population of 13.34 plants m...
متن کاملSubsoiling practices change root distribution and increase post-anthesis dry matter accumulation and yield in summer maize
Subsoiling is an important management practice for improving maize yield, especially for maize planted at high plant density. However, the affected physiological processes have yet to be specifically identified. In this study, field experiments with two soil tillage (CK: no-tillage, SS: subsoiling) and three planting densities (low: 45000 plants ha-1, medium: 67500plants ha-1, and high: 90000 p...

The present study was carried out during 2007, 2008 and 2009 on 6 olive cultivars to investigate the process of oil and dry matter accumulation in response to warm and dry conditions in Dallaho Olive Research Station of SarpoleZehab, Kermanshah province, Iran. Results showed that oil begins to accumulate in the fruit from July, increases gradually through August and reaches its maximum as the f...

The interaction between the ATP-dependent evolution of H2 catalyzed by nitrogenase and the oxidation of H2 via a hydrogenase has been postulated to influence the efficiency of the N2-fixing process in nodulated legumes.
